    Create your gallery account and tell us about your exhibition. We'll guide you through the plan and schedule a professional capture session before your show comes down.

    RedDOTvirtual™ Captures & Builds

    Our team comes on-site with professional 3D cameras and Matterport technology to capture your exhibition. We then build the immersive virtual tour, place every artwork tag, and link each piece to its details.

    Add Artwork Details

    Upload artist info, titles, dimensions, pricing, and images via our Excel template. Our team connects each record to the right tag in the 3D tour so collectors can explore and buy.

    Invite Artists to Opt In to Sales — Automated

    The entire process is handled automatically by the platform. The gallery initiates one invitation, and RedDOTvirtual™ generates a personalized email for each participating artist with a private preview link to the virtual exhibition. Artists open the preview, then register their choice — list eligible artwork for sale or keep it Not For Sale (NFS) — directly through the built-in form. Their response is recorded instantly, and both the gallery and RedDOTvirtual™ are notified automatically. No manual follow-up, spreadsheets, or separate tools required.

    Share & Sell

    Once published, share your virtual gallery with collectors, on social media, and embed it on your website. Visitors navigate the 3D space, tag available artworks, and complete purchases securely.
