    🟣 Collectors
    • May browse, purchase artworks, and maintain a private Collection Vault

    • Are responsible for the accuracy of records they add to their Vault
    🔵 Admins
    • Moderate content and manage roles
    • Ensure platform integrity and policy compliance
    • Have no access to collectors' private Vault collections

    3. Capture Services

    • All virtual tours are captured professionally by the platform using true 3D depth cameras; self-serve or 360-camera captures are not accepted.
    • SOLOvirtuals shows require a one-time professional capture fee of $485 per show.
    • Collection Vault members may book private collection capture sessions at $350 for a two-hour session, plus $75 per additional hour, with a 20% discount when booking three sessions per year.
    • Capture appointments are scheduled directly with the platform and are subject to availability.

    4. Transactions, Shipping & Payouts

    • Artwork purchases are processed securely by Stripe.
    • Funds are held until delivery is confirmed. Payouts are then split 70% to the artist and 30% to the gallery, after the platform fee.
    • Pricing is fixed from the original exhibition.
    • Shipping is charged at live carrier rates or at a manual cost set by the artist. Shipping insurance is added automatically at $0.90 per $100 of artwork value.
    • The platform does not collect sales tax; tax obligations remain with the seller and buyer.
    • Disputes are resolved with platform support.

    5. Pricing & Fees

    • Gallery subscription plans are available at various tiers with different show limits and transaction fees.
    • SOLOvirtuals offers Free and Pro tiers; every show requires the $485 professional capture fee.
    • Transaction fees vary by plan and are applied to artwork sales.
    • All fees are subject to change with prior notice.

For full pricing details, visit our Pricing page.

    6. Collection Vault Memberships

    • The Collection Vault is a private records service for collectors, offered in four plans: Collection Starter ($14.95/month, up to 30 works), Personal Collection Vault ($24.95/month, up to 60 works), Legacy Vault ($59/month, up to 150 works), and Provenance Vault ($99/month, unlimited works with 500 GB of archival storage).
    • New memberships include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
    • Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades that would exceed your new plan's artwork limit are blocked until your collection fits the smaller plan.
    • The Appraiser Directory is available on Legacy Vault and above; forensic imaging features are available on Provenance Vault.
    • Vault records are private to the owner and the collaborators they explicitly invite. Platform administrators cannot view your collection.
    • Vault records are documentation tools; they are not appraisals, certificates of authenticity, or legal title documents.

    7. QR Dossiers & Verification

    • Collectors may generate a QR code for any artwork in their Vault that links to a dossier page. Each code can be set to public (summary view) or private (full record for invited viewers), and can be rotated, expired, or disabled at any time.
    • Only the owner can view scan logs for their codes; scans by the owner are not counted.
    • The verification checklist and gallery approval workflow help document an artwork's history. Verification outcomes reflect the review of the approving gallery and are not a guarantee of authenticity or value by the platform.
    • Only fully verified works qualify for QR dossier codes.

    8. Private Show Invitations

    • Galleries and solo artists may email invitation links that grant collectors private access to a show.
    • Recipients without an account are offered a free Vault trial; invited shows unlock when they sign up.
    • Invitation and reach statistics shown to galleries are counts only — collectors are never identified.
    • Invitation emails may only be sent to people who have a relationship with the sender; unsolicited bulk email is prohibited.

    9. Intellectual Property

    • Platform branding and code are owned by RedDOTvirtual™.
    • Artists retain rights to their artwork images and content.
    • Collectors retain ownership of their Vault records and uploaded documents; the platform claims no rights over private collection data.
    • You grant the platform a limited license to display the content you publish for the purpose of operating the service.

    10. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for violations. You may close your account at any time; on request, we will delete your personal data subject to records we must retain for completed transactions.

    11. Liability

    • RedDOTvirtual™ is not liable for indirect damages.
    • The platform does not authenticate, appraise, or guarantee the value of any artwork, and is not a party to sales between buyers, artists, and galleries beyond facilitating payment and shipping coordination.
    • Liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.
