RedDOTvirtual™ ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, including SOLOvirtuals and the Collection Vault.

1. Information We Collect
Artists & Solo Artists
Profile details, artwork metadata, show records, and contribution history.
Galleries
Exhibition data, public profile details (name, story, hours, contact email, website, and social links you choose to publish), and invitation records.
Collectors
Account details, purchase records, wishlist and follow activity, and — if you use it — your Collection Vault records, documents, and images.
Visitors
Email (if subscribed), interaction history, and aggregated, de-identified viewing statistics.
2. Collection Vault Privacy
- Your Vault collection is private to you and the collaborators you explicitly invite. Platform administrators cannot view your Vault records, artworks, documents, or tours.
- Collaborators see only what their role permits, and you can revoke access at any time.
- Appraisers you engage see only the artworks you choose to submit to them.
- Shared Vault links and QR dossiers expose only the sections you enable, and can be rotated, expired, or disabled at any time.
- Billing for Vault memberships is processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details.
3. QR Dossier & Scan Data
- When someone opens a QR dossier link, we record the date and access mode (public summary, full record, or locked) so the owner can see scan activity.
- Scan counts and dates are visible only to the owner of the code. The owner's own visits are not counted.
- We do not record the identity of the person scanning, and no personal information about scanners is collected by the dossier page.
- Galleries see aggregated dossier scan counts for their shows only — collectors and their collections are never identified.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To extend onsite exhibitions virtually
- To facilitate secure transactions, shipping, and payouts
- To operate your Collection Vault, QR dossiers, and verification requests
- To deliver invitation, order, and notification emails you have asked to receive
- To personalize user experience and support platform improvements
5. Sharing & Security
- We do not sell personal data.
- We share data only with the service providers that operate the platform — payment processing (Stripe), 3D tour hosting (Matterport), email delivery, and hosting — or with legal authorities when required.
- Where consent is required and you accept (or outside those regions), we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising: pages you view, clicks, and standard browser information are shared with Meta Platforms Ireland/Meta Platforms, Inc. for ad measurement and optimization. You can decline or change your choice anytime via "Cookie Settings" in the footer; declining stops these shares.
- Statistics shown to galleries and artists (likes, follows, invitation reach, scan counts) are counts only and never identify individual collectors or visitors.
- We use industry-standard encryption and access controls, and private records are isolated so only their owner can read them.
6. Your Rights
- Access, update, export, or delete your data
- Withdraw cookie/advertising consent at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer, which takes effect immediately
- Opt out of communications at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
- Request a full export of your Vault records
- Request account deletion, subject to records we must retain for completed transactions
7. Children's Privacy
RedDOTvirtual™ is not intended for users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted with a revised date, and significant changes will be announced by email.
